这两天,大量亚马逊卖家账号无法登陆,
但前台销售在正常进行,
只是无法登陆后台,
也就无法操作发货啥的……
其实原因很简单,
按照官方回复的邮件来猜测,
原因是:你的同名买家账号参与刷单了,正在被亚马逊平台审查,由于同一个人名下的卖家和买家账号关联,所以,买家账号连累卖家账号也被冻结。。大家都知道,所有的卖家账号,其实都会开通一个买家账号,因为亚马逊一边是卖家账号,卖货的一方;一边是买家账号,是给亚马逊交会费,买产品的一方。具体原因和解决办法都在本文下方了,大家自行研究。
而最近,亚马逊平台为了为旺季做准备,就开始了对买家账号进行审查,看看哪些买家账号比较诡异,比较不符合正常的消费行为,说穿了就是比较符合测评专业户的特征。一旦机器人判断是这类账号,就会冻结权限,如果连带发现这个账户持有人还有卖家账号, 那就先毫不犹豫滴冻结,也就有这几天大量卖家账号无法登陆后台的紧急状况出现。以上,全是Mark根据亚马逊官方发回给中招了的卖家的邮件猜测的,准确性还没进行验证,反正亚马逊官方是不会出来解释的,不过,Mark每次的解释几乎事后验证都是准确的,不知道这一次会不会筐瓢,从而拉低Mark的猜测的准确率由100%变成不是100%。具体的邮件内容如下:
从你的电子邮件,我理解你的担心,你无法登录到您的帐户。我会帮你解决这个问题。
在检查您的帐户细节,我看到您的“ 亚马逊买方帐户目前”下审查,这就是为什么你不能登录到您的帐户。请注意,如果您的买方帐户被搁置,那么你将无法访问您的卖方帐户也。

Upon checking with your account details, I see that your "Amazon Buyer account currently" under review and that is the reason why you are not able to login to your account. Please be informed that if your buyer account is kept on hold, then you will not be able to access your seller account also.
In order to fix this issue, I suggest you to contact the Customer Service to release the hold on your buyer account. Once the hold on your buyer account has been released, you will be able to login to your seller account without any issues.
