五星好评对于产品来说,可谓是重中之重,它既能让消费者在浏览页面的时候相信卖家的信誉和产品的质量,也能够让犹豫不决的潜在客户产生从重的心理,更重要的是它还能影响产品的排名。
但是,一般情况下,买家给予商品的留评率非常低,甚至有的卖家产品留评率低于1%的都有。因此,很多卖家就会尝试以购买留评的途径去快速大量地增加评论。
然而,自17年以来,亚马逊对刷评论的举动可谓是一波接一波,先是警告,然后大量删评、封号,控制力度是越发严格,等于是截断了广大卖家快速获评的重要途径。
违规获评不行,自然积累速度又太慢,可能还没等到这个产品赚钱,它的时代就过去了。这样思来想去,既要符合亚马逊要求同时要保证效果且性价比高的,便是亚马逊索评邮件和站外促销了。
索评邮件
其实,索评邮件之前 Sellerhow 就有开一个专题说过了,但为了能让新朋友更好地理解,这里再说一遍。
索评邮件其实就是在用户进行下单购买之后的邮件跟踪,给用户提供附加价值的操作,包括给用户提供产品购买信息,客服服务支持,产品相关的使用说明,或者其他的相关信息能够帮助用户解决问题。
但要注意,卖家们不要给用户滥发无用的信息,亚马逊对所有的邮件都有进行监控,如果违反了规则,亚马逊可能会封掉你的邮件索评功能。

邮件二、订单跟进
发送时间:在发货后的2-10天,最好能够确保用户已经收到产品再发。
包含内容:这封邮件主要是确定客户已经收到完整的货,并且没有遇到什么问题,这个步骤能够有效减少差评的出现,当然这些信息也可以结合在第一封邮件里面进行使用。

站外促销
除了索评邮件外,大家还可以利用站外促销进行引流,不仅可以快速增加产品的销量,还能获得评论的累积。
但是,做站外促销也是有讲究的。一般情况下,大家常规的做法都是设置 Code,然后分享链接到社交平台,将流量导入产品 Listing 详情页面。
这个做法其实不太合理:
