昨晚写了关于联系修改差评时的一些思路,看到转载和分享的网友比以往多,看来这类内容是刚需。确实,对于一个亚马逊新卖家来说,在试图联系客户修改差评时,难免会出现不知如何做这种情况,但思路有了,又有卖家过来询问,老魏你能否写一个邮件模板给我们参考一下。
说老实话,我已经很久没有写过具体的邮件了,有时候甚至觉得在英语上都有点生疏了,不过让我有点欣慰的是,最近一位外国同行来访,我居然还能用英语和对方交流了两个小时,而且还比较顺畅,借着这个兴奋劲,按着昨天文章中写的思路,写一个模板,供大家参考。
