对于亚马逊的新手卖家来说,可能会出现因为不了解亚马逊的相关规定,如订单问题、侵权等问题,而被亚马逊移除销授权。面对这种情况,卖家们往往不知道该怎么解决,今天就给大家详细的介绍下,如何向亚马逊取回销授权。
销售权被移出的原因:
卖家们要先了解自己是因为哪方面的原因被亚马逊移除销授权,原因大概包含以下2方面。
1、糟糕的账户表现(您账户的客户指标order defect rate, cancellation rate, late shipment rate等等一些指标没达到亚马逊的要求)
2、违反亚马逊的销售政策(卖仿货,卖假货,产品上传严重违规无视平台要求,同站点多账户运营被关联时一个账户销售权限被移除其他的账户跟着出问题)
销授权移除后如何进行申诉?
被亚马逊移除销授权的商家们也不要太灰心,只要你符合资格并向亚马逊请求申诉,有机会要回账户。
申诉步骤如下:
1、找出你的账户被移除销授权的原因
当卖家的账户销授权被移除后,卖家会收到一封由亚马逊发的Notification,邮件里面会告知是您的账户是因为什么原因被移除销授权。
2、评估您过往的销售状态
在亚马逊的后台,检查下客户指标、销售状况等是否不符合亚马逊的政策。找出那些不符合标准的产品。因为亚马逊对这一块十分严格,不会给卖家违规的一丝机会,所以卖家切勿抱着侥幸的心理。
3、创建一个补救的行动计划
销授权被移除后,卖家需要写一份补救行为计划。计划书的内容主要内容包括以下两点:
1、让亚马逊知道你已经清楚的知道了自己的账户是什么原因被移除,表明自己承认错误并勇于承担错误的态度。
2、知道移除的原因后,你将采取哪些措施去解决和以后将如何去避免类似的事件发生,让亚马逊看到你对着件事的积极性。如可以给自己设定一个类似下面的目标。
Order defect rate: < 1%
Pre-fulfillment cancel rate: < 2.5%
Late shipment rate: < 4%
4、把您申诉的内容发给亚马逊
准备好你的亚马逊改善计划之後,将他和你的恢复销售权要求一起寄到Amazon Seller Performance。具体操作如下:
1.登录卖家账户后台
2.点击Performance按钮中的Performance Notifications
3.找到关于您销售权限被移除的告知邮件,打开邮件,点击Appeal的申诉按钮
4.点击Appeal decision按钮
5.把您的亚马逊的改善计划写入
6.点击Submit,把您申诉的内容发给亚马逊,Seller Performance会在收到申诉内容48小时之内查看,评估,决定,然后才决定是否恢复销售权。
下面是申诉计划书的范本,卖家们可以结合自己情况进行参考。
Dear Amazon seller support:
Thank you for your concern of our account.
We received a notification today that our selling privilege has been removed cause we sold counterfeit products.
We immediately check the listings. Firstly we are very sorry about our ignorance, we are new to Amazon selling, we are lacking of the rules and policies when sell on your platform. Secondly, as the items of Amazon seller performance stated, we did not know this product is with its own brand, to this point we acknowledge it is our fault. We had removed the listings and promise we won't sell it again on Amazon if we do not get the warrant.
Would you please consider the account seller rating and customers feedback to us? We provided customer both good products and customer service. We never got a claim or negative feedback. Hope Amazon can look through to it.
If you can give us a chance, we will do as follows:
1. Absolutely, we will see through all the policies and rules about selling on your platform.
2. We will check the listings in our account to see if there has some which do not meet your requirements, if it does, we will fix it immediately.
3. We will check all the products we've been sold, any complaints or product issues we will solve them in proper way within 12h in favor of the customer's right.
4. If any selling questions, we will consult Amazon for help.
