As a seller who has been selling on Amazon only for a short time, we lack a correct understanding of Amazon's rules and don't seriously understand Amazon's sales and pricing rules. We offer our sincere apologies here, and will study hard to ensure that such a similar error will not happen again.

As our overseas sales time is short, our team is short of professional talents, and for the lack of clear understanding of Amazon's Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy and related rules, we apologize  for these. We have removed the several products identified by Amazon and will never make this mistake in the future.

This is the first time our online store products settle on the Amazon U.S. website. We are also selling products in China. We have strict certifications for buyer services and product requirements. we hope that Amazon can consider our sincere will of continuing to be a member of the Amazon U.S. station sellers, we ask Amazon to restore our sales rights. we promise to sell only good goods. We guarantee that the masks that have been sold and issued are produced in regular factories and are genuine. If there will be a customer complains that the product is counterfeit, we will compensate the customer without reason.May the epidemic end soon. stay strong American, stay strong China.

The steps you have taken to comply with the Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy on all ASINs you offer

 

1. We have regulated the prices of those products and make them sold in a fair price.

In the past we had to admit that we didn't know much about the Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy and now we have studied this policy carefully by the link you provided us (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/G5TUVJKZHUVMN77V).We have known pricing practices that harm customer trust include but are not limited to:

      * Setting a reference price on a product or service that misleads customers;

      * Setting a price on a product or service that is significantly higher than recent prices offered on or off Amazon; or Selling multiple units of a product for more per unit than that of a single unit of the same product.

      * Setting a shipping fee on a product that is excessive. Amazon considers current public carrier rates, reasonable handling charges, as well as buyer perception when determining whether a shipping price violated our fair pricing policy.

 

We can guarantee that the above violations will never be involved for us.

 

2. We will never set a high price on a product or service that misleads customers.

3.We will carefully review Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy before setting the prices of our Asins 4.We will never set a price on a product or service that is significantly higher than recent prices offered on or off Amazon;

8.We will check our Asins’ offers regularly and delete those ASINs that violate Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy  

9.We have checked all the listing prices once again to guaranteethe price per unit on multipack ASINs must be equal to or lower than the price of a single unit of the same product as you can see and until now all our products are reasonably priced.In addition, we have removed all products that do not meet Amazon listing rules.We will pay more attention to manage our inventory, check our inventory quantities and quality every day to make sure our inventory are enough and clear, and make our customers can buy the products from our shop easily and convenient. We will check all the contents of our listings every day by many times to check if the products we sold are consistent with the products in the sale or not, and if we found there are any unqualified and infringement listing in the absence of sellers Brands authorization, we will remove these listings immediately. We promise to create our listings in accordance with the provisions of Amazon, to make our listing products accurately according to Amazon's condition guidelines, and our product information and description are consisted.

10. Pay attention to and learn all the policies and rules of the platform. In the future, the products will be verified first, to ensure that the products will not violate the brand rights or patent rights of any other sellers, or to copy other people's titles, pictures and descriptions. 11.We will carefully check the inventory and the products we are selling to ensure that all the goods meet Amazon's requirements. Once found substandard goods, we will remove the goods immediately and the product will never be sold again

12.Check all the products on the account. If customers feedback any dissatisfaction or product problems, we will solve the problem for them within 12 hours.

13.For new goods, if there is uncertain information and pricing, we will immediately consult Amazon service , and will not blindly sell products.

 

14.We will strengthen the Amazon professional training for employees, especially strengthen the understanding of Amazon platform operations and policies.

 

15.In the follow-up, we will choose high-quality manufacturers to cooperate and strengthen the quality testing of products to ensure that each product sold out reaches high standards and high quality.

20.Due to most feedbacks from customers is their complaint about the long delivery time, we will try our best to make delivery time as short as possible. Our logistics system indeed existed some defect before, and it was not good enough when shipping items. However, we have made many measures and put in a lot of manpower, financial and material resources to solve this problem. We have tried every effort to improve this logistics system. And now, the logistics system has returned to normal. We will adopt faster logistics to ship items, so that our customers can receive their items on time. Or if necessary, we will adopt the way of delivery FBA to ship some of our items based on the sales. We believe FBA can effectively help us to ship items to customers on time. Also we will never delay shipment and will ship the items within 1-2 working days after customers pay for their orders. Customer is first which is always our purpose and idea when selling items and servicing customers. And their requirement and advice are our priceless fortune. We promise that we will try our best to make every customer have a happy shopping.

 

21.Mostly importantly, we will deeply keep Amazon's provisions in mind, and we promise that we will strictly abide by Amazon's provisions. We will list our products according to the selling policies of Amazon. For some categories which require Amazon's approval, we will never destroy the rules of Amazon and we will sell them after getting approval from Amazon. Also we will never sell and list items which are forbidden by Amazon. For example, Illegal and potentially illegal products; Nudity; "Adult" Products; Items that infringe upon an individual's privacy; Advertisements; Products made available by digital download; Materials prohibited by the CBSA, items which can't be sold and distributed in Canada, or any other items that forbidden by Amazon. We promise seriously that we will never sell the above items on Amazon.

(1) Strictly obey Amazon's related policy.We have carefully learned "Prohibited Seller Activities and Actions", "Product Detail Page Rules", and "Condition Guidelines" etc. Meanwhile, we will strictly obey Amazon's policy. We guarantee that the similar problem will not happen again.For the future business on Amazon, we will not only seek for expanding the scale of sales on Amazon, but also make sure all the products comply with the Amazon's product detail pages policy.

(2) Regularly inspect our suppliers in order to guarantee that they are all qualified.In fact, all our products are sourced from the trusted and reliable suppliers. Amazon sets out the highest standards towards product quality and customer satisfaction and that is also what we are working for. We guarantee that the similar problem won't happen again.

(a) Strengthen the strict inspection for qualification of our suppliers.We will always strictly check the supplier's qualification. If the supplier is not qualified, we will timely change our supplier in order to make sure that the products are all safe and with high quality.

(b) We will carefully investigate the background of the suppliers and refuse all the suppliers who are not reliable. Each product must have evidence that they are from trusted distributor and have the product quality certificate.

(c) All new inventories will be regularly inspected and provided with manufacturer's serial number and safety label printed on them so that our mutual customers can look up their product on the manufacture's website to confirm the safety. The manufacturer will be able to provide production date, warranty info, and quality confirmation using the unique serial number.

(d) Strictly check the products before entering warehouse and shipment.Enhancing warehouse-out inspection is what we need to do. We will carefully check the products before entering warehouse and shipment. For example, the packaging, product appearance, quantity and functional testing, etc. If the products are not qualified and without authorization certificate, we will return the products to our supplier immediately and won't send them to our mutual customers. What we do is to make sure that the products received by customers are fully functional and authentic.

(3) Reinforce quality control.

(a) We have made a detailed quality inspection plan accordingly, supervise and check up every phase of the work according to the plan.

(b) We will regularly organize and participate spot testing and packaging examination in order to obtain feedback of the situation, and brief the relevant information to the Project Manger and engineer of our supplier. We guarantee that all products can keep stable performance after long time use and are in good condition after long distant transportation.

(c) If the customers are not satisfied with our products, we will return all the defective products to our supplier immediately. Our technicians and supplier will strictly inspect the products and confirm the root reason in order to prevent the similar problem from happening again.

(4) Improve our customer service.

(a) we shall strengthen our customer service training on all aspects of product knowledge, familiar with the company's products, each link improvement, improve the effectiveness of the page description. Have a better product page updating system.

(b) we will check our emails, feedback and product review timely. Besides, we will send the emails to our mutual customers regularly in order to timely get their feedback regarding our products and service. Once we receive the inquiry and complaint from our customers, we will try our best to reply them within 12 hours, conscientiously analysis the causes of the problem, and provide our customers with a satisfied solution as soon as possible.

(c) In order to provide our mutual customers with a better shopping experience, we guarantee that we will help them exchange the products for free under 1 year warranty.

(5) Strengthen the strict inspection for qualification of our employees. We will strictly check the staff's qualification. If our staff is not qualified, we will timely change our staff and provide the complete training immediately in order to make sure that the similar problem won't happen again
