店铺被冻结了该怎么申诉呀?
亚马逊账号被挂的原因有很多,账号绩效表现差、侵权被系统发现、客户投诉产品不是真品、品质存在安全隐患等等,如果你的账号被冻结或者收到你的销售权限被移除,那么你就需要进行亚马逊账号申诉:
查阅点击你的小红旗和case log,里面如果有申诉按钮,可以点击申诉,申诉理由选择其他,然后申诉内容如下:

Thanks for your concern about my account so much,and I’m so sorry for the huge mistakes what I made.
I received a notification that my selling privilege has been removed cause I sold infringing goods.I have already deeply realized my mistake .
I immediately checked my inventory as soon as I received the email. I have found my infringing goods after learning Intellectual Property
Violations,I am so sorry for the mistake again! I have already deleted the infringing goods .In order to prevent the same mistake like this,I will do as follows:
1, Firstly, I have cleaned out my inventory to avoid the potential infringement.
2,Secondly, I will see through all the policies and rules about selling on Amazon.com with my staff absolutely, especially the Intellectual Property Violations .
3, Thirdly ,I will check all the products I've been sold to prevent possible infringement ,any complaints or product issues we will solve the problem.
4,After checking my account ,I find my ODR is too high,I am so terrified.I will try to lower my ODR rate. I will try my best to make the customers satisfied .The customer's satisfaction will be my top priority.
5, Sincerely, I will do my best to run my account on Amazon if I have the opportunity again!
Finally I sincerely hope Amazon will give me a chance,I promise I will strictly follow all of the rules,and do everything to provide better service to customers.

进行亚马逊账号申诉并不是一直都能很顺利的进行的,为了能尽快使账号恢复正常,撰写邮件的时候,有以下几点需要注意:
1. 不要打感情牌:感情牌对亚马逊是没用的。而且亚马逊一收到类似邮件,他基本看都不会看。
2. 不要说任何的废话,简单扼要,思路清晰。
3. 尽可能地具体详细的叙述你的想法。如果只是简单的一笔带过只会让亚马逊觉得你并不重视此次惩罚。
4. 要让亚马逊有阅读你的邮件的想法和兴趣。
5. 亚马逊申诉邮件的思路和条理一定要清晰。
6. 英文的表达书写很重要,发送前一定要注意语法等细节问题,这一条也适合各个小语种站点。
7. 认真对待你的解决方案,因为亚马逊对此非常重视。
8. 不确定性比较强的词语最好不要使用。用数据和时间来陈述,引用导致封帐号的相关政策,借此来证明你已经理解政策并开始遵循它。
