1、主动出击,尽快整理并提供各种证据:采购订单、发票,产品的网站链接(最好与品牌对应)以及品牌授权佐证文件。这样做的目的是证明你的产品是正品,不是假货仿货。
2、通过买家号去埋词埋入敏感词,多次report大概率能删除。具体做法如下:通过多个买家号,去差评下面评论埋词敏感词,骂人的脏话,类似bitch、Nigger、stupid、idiot等等。之后呢再去开case投诉这条差评存在很多脏话,请求删除。但是这种方法也不是百分百成功的。每天点一次,多账号去点(如果基数不多,效果可能不大,但是有胜于无)
3、定期在后台邀评 稀释差评并把差评挤出首页
4、通过多个买家号,把差评点no,点下去,把好评点yes点上来,这样子操作,就可以把差评压下去,好评置顶。这也是服务商所说的首页无差评。大家没有资源的可以找服务商做这个服务。不过现在不稳定 很容易反弹 只能当应急手段
5、vine,也就是绿标(不过现在收费了,还挺贵,需要对自己产品有高度的信心)vine评论权重高于正常评价很多,很容易把差评从首页挤掉。
6、查看对方profileId,浏览他的review记录,如果发现对方过去留了很多差评,可以开case投诉对方是差评师,一直给人留差评,因为正常的买家不可能经常留差评,正常买家大部分不留评。
7、亲友团稀释差评:如果国外有同学或者亲朋好友,可以帮忙购买上评,稀释差评,快速提升星级也以直接上直评但是权重不高。
8、自杀式上好评:用被污染的黑名单号,去给自己秒上五十个好评,会导致自己的评论被撸空。这种方法的坏处是会清除所有评论,好处是就算没有撸空,也可以提升rating,好评数量。被污染的黑名单号是指上评频繁,被亚马逊官方判为异常的号。操作也要异常要同一天上最好,我们的目的就是要让亚马逊官方觉得我们在操控评论,把评论删除。这种做法也有风险,可能会挂账号,大家操作要谨慎。
10、优化listing提升产品转化率:有差评后,产品转化率会有所下降,所以可以适当降低产品价格。(降价的时候,可以适当提升下广告预算和竞价)利用好差评本身,在产品文案提及差评中存在的情况是少数情况,或者产品已经更新换代等等类似表述;
可以借助站外促销冲一波销量,好处有如下几个,首先低价购买的人心理预期较低,收到产品满意的话很大概率会给你带来好评,稀释差评的影响,提高评价总分;另外低价能带来高转化,短时间提高你链接的权重。
11、拆分变体差评:如果是多变体的话,可以把差评的变体分离出去。
12、翻新链接:如果差评太多 且转化太差,那就做链接翻新
13、Google搜索他的地址看是否合规,很多恶意差评地址是乱生成的,你要看下邮编和当地城市,当地洲是否能对应上。还要谷歌地图搜索他的地址,看能不能找到。
14、利用官方政策引导删除:差评关于物流慢,物流服务差的,你如果发fba的可以开case请求删除,这是完全合规的,亚马逊官方的政策就是你发了fba物流如果有差评可以请求删除。注意开case请求删差评的时候,不要问能不能删除,要问能不能调查下,调查清楚再请求删除。
15、向Help/Contact Seller Support,开Case或直接用邮件进行申诉,举报这些恶意差评。一般来说,集中的、连续性被差评,可以向亚马逊说明你怀疑是竞争对手的恶意打击,需要请亚马逊提供帮助。
亚马逊受理后,通常会根据这些卖家的历史购物记录、IP信息、购物路径、过往的Review等信息来进行判断。请注意加紧跟进这个处理过程,向亚马逊说明你的Listing因此所导致的损失等等,以希望亚马逊加快处理进度。

We send this mail to let you know we are facing a unfair competition from other sellers.
From September 5, 2020,our listing (https://www.amazon.com/ dp/)received 9 one-star reviews five days. We create these cases to ask a review removal.
In our opinion, it is obviously that these buyer are malicious and may come from other seller for below reasons:
1.They are all new account which only rated 1 to 3 products. You can see that all the comments of these buyers are either 5-star positive comments or 1-star negative comments. This is not normal. Is it a coincidence? We don't think it's a coincidence. It's very unusual. We suspect peer sellers are attacking us.

2. I have found 9 one-star review orders, which are 订单号, I have put the screenshots of the order content on these. The orders are all placed between 1:00-1:20 on September 3rd. This is incredible. This 9 orders were completed within 20 minutes, and these orders all left review with a one-star.
3.Our product quality is also very good. We have got a lot of four-star and five-star Early Reviewers, we have not got one-star reviews, it is impossible to have four one-star reviews in five days, so this is malicious competition from other sellers
For all above, it is clearly to see that we are meeting aunfair competition from other sellers.
As the rights owner of the product(品牌),we can notand will not sell any fake products since we produce them in our own factory. And the reviews which appear everyday has effect our business and make our customers lose confidence of our products. It is a serious problem!
After the competitor found it is a good way to control selling rank, and the reviews will not be removed, then they will do it again and again until we gave up this product. We have a lot same products in your FBA warehouse or on the way to your FBA warehouse. If we have to give up the listing for these reviews, who will bear our loses? At that time we can only take legal means to safeguard our interests since we did nothing wrong. We do not want things happen like this.
Please help us and delete these reviews.
