亚马逊爆款！便捷无线加热垫发明专利侵权风险解析

这个专利请求保护一种使用电池作为电源的加热垫，能够解决现有的加热垫要么为了多供热使用大容量笨重电池，要么使用小容量很快用完电的问题。

保护范围解析
根据全面覆盖原则，权利要求1中的部件比权利要求12中的多了一个接合机制和反射材料，因此保护范围权利要求12更大。基本上，具有电池加热又具有防止热源损失的反射层的加热垫都容易落入保护范围。
如果其他国家基于该保护范围授权，那么市场上大部分的电池供电的加热垫恐怕都要落入其保护范围了。大家可以关注主要市场所在地的专利授权情况，可通过提交公众意见等方式来阻挡其授权，或者使其缩小保护范围使得自家产品不会被侵权。
