● 您不得侵犯品牌或其他权利所有者的知识产权
● 您必须遵守所有适用于您的商品和商品信息的联邦、州和地方法律以及亚马逊政策
申诉邮件模板如下：

We got a infringement notice on xxxxxx(日期), theASIN: xxxxxxxxx, and we have contacted the holder immediately, but several dayspassed, we have sent e-mails to the complainant for many times, but no replyfrom them. Seen the attachments, proof of our contacting records with thecomplainant. For the ASIN: xxxxxxxx, we sold under ourown brand: XXXX (REG. NO. XXXXXXX).
