上个月，我们有近4款产品莫名被标记为杀虫剂导致前台变狗，其中有2款可能是被误解为杀虫剂的商品，还有2款和杀虫剂完全不相关的产品，我是通过以下方法恢复销售的！

处理方法一

编辑商品详情页面---点开合规信息那一栏---下拉到Pesticide Marking(选择EPA Registration Number)---下拉到Pesticide Registration Status(选择This product is not a pesticide or pesticide device, as defined under the U.S. Federal Insecticide,Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act.

修改商品属性后大概等10分钟左右我再去后台检查listing 就这样我通过修改属性这4款被标记为杀虫剂的商品全都恢复了销售

处理方法二

通过方法一，上面所提及的4款商品有一款产品卖了近一个月后又被标记成了杀虫剂这款产品是灭蚊类的商品一开始我以为这次真的要认栽，大几百的库存要准备移除但是我又认真的总结我所售卖的商品应该属于无需注册的杀虫剂于是我又通过以下申诉成功恢复销售：

【申诉的点如下】

1.在以下网站中找到无需注册杀虫剂的证据向amazon提供有效豁免：

https://www.epa.gov/minimum-risk-pesticides/minimum-risk-pesticide-definition-and-product-confirmation

2.tittle/description/bullet points找到合适关键词截图证明不含杀虫剂。

3.提供说明书证明产品是不含杀虫剂。

4实拍产品+配件的图片证明不含杀虫剂。

申诉的内容如下直接在后台账户状况的“ 违反受限商品政策”中找到被警告的ASN 直接提交申诉：
