品牌一：SMART LOCK

SMART LOCK是一款智能电子门锁，用户下载特定的手机APP之后，能通过WiFi、蓝牙或者手动输入密码直接开门。


案件情况及侵权分析

智能锁的品牌权利人为SMART LOCK, LLC，最新案件在在2021年11月22号发起，案件编号21-cv-6261。

本次品牌的侵权理由为：发明专利侵权。

侵权专利名称：Electronic Key Device a System and a Method of Managing Electronic Key Information.

具体专利详情如下：

起诉状中提出，智能锁的专利技术已被授权给许多美国和欧洲的电子钥匙锁系统制造商。目前市面侵权产品包括各种具有蓝牙或 wifi 解锁功能的智能门锁。这些被指控的产品以相同或相似的方式运行并使用相同的解锁应用程序。

品牌二：3D SPARROW

3D SPARROW 是一个由来自英国的动画工作室，团队创造了很受欢迎的“Booba”角色。可爱的角色形象加上精彩的故事剧情使得Booba大受欢迎。

目前Booba系列动画在以下平台都有展示，周边系列产品也很受欢迎。
