作为电商卖家,时常要面临产品被退货退款的情况。卖家不必纠结于产品被退回,而是应该秉着服务好每一个顾客的想法,将后续服务服务到位。
其实,卖家并不需要花费太多的时间,只需要在产品退款后,给顾客发一封表示歉意或说明退款情况等内容的邮件即可。
1.客户因订购的商品大小不合适导致退货

3.买家以不想要为由要求退货,卖家接受退款请求

Please be advised that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. The initial shipping cost cannot be refunded and a 25% restocking fee may be applied if the merchandise is used or damaged visually.
