亚马逊运营到赚钱的八项修炼（三）：FBA发货是必要条件
最近在邮箱里面收到了相关的保证金消息，邮件的内容账号在在2020年10月21日的余额里面显示，并且在2020年11月1日扣除相对应的金额作为保证金。
邮件如下：（红色圈住打码的就是预计要被扣除的保证金金额）
由于因为店铺邮件说的东西比较含糊，很多细节都没有被提及，因此去开了一个后台case，Case咨询内容如下：
当天就收到了他们客服的回复，回复如下：(由于图片的位置不够，直接复制回复的邮件原文）

1.确认保证金制度：2020年10月21日开始就有保证金制度。
We acknowledge receipt of your enquiry about the warranty reserve. We remind you of our communication of 10/07/2020 on the constitution of the amount of the guarantee reserve as from 10/21/2020.
2.收取保证金的目的:为了涵盖帐户中可能发生的所有财务风险，例如因交易中断而保证管理财务流量。（换句话说:就是Cdiscount怕你账号的钱不够扣除费用）
This guarantee reserve is intended to cover all financial risks that may occur on your account.This protective measure, in the event of a business stoppage or significant slowdown, will enable you to ensure and manage your financial flows more serenely.
3.保证金的计算方式：根据销售金额和售后情况计算得出来的
The dedicated amount is calculated on your sales flows and includes any debit risk arising either from invoicing inherent to your activity or from customer reimbursements as part of the after-sales service.
4.保证金退还：会退还，但是保证金会浮动，不是一成不变；
1）在正常运营情况：如果保证金金额降低，可以把多的一部分退还到账号的payment里
The amount can be revised regularly with repayment to your payment account if the amount is lowered.
2）账号注销的情况：保证金会在核准账号风险后最长12个月内进行退回
Any account cancellation will be subject to a financial services analysis of the current customer risks, and will condition the date of repayment of the guarantee reserve, the maximum period of which may be extended to 12 months after the date of cancellation.
5.保证金生效时间以及期限：保证金在2020年11月1日生效，直到账号结束终止；但是保证金会在付款余额里面被收取十年或者数十年
This amount may be deducted over one or more decades of payments, with the first payment due on 11/01/2020 and then on the following due dates until the final constitution of the account.
6.保证金明细查询：页面会在2020年10月21日的payment里面更新，能查询和看到相关的信息，而且更新了可以手动点击立刻转账的按钮
You will find a new Finance page in your seller's area as from 10/21/2020: it will allow you to follow the evolution of this guarantee reserve.
We remind you that you can request payment of your available balance via the "immediate payment" button and thus anticipate the payments usually due at the end of each decade.

整体来讲，应该是运营了一段时间的账号要被收取保证金，按照店铺绩效还有店铺的销售额去确定要上缴多少给Cdiscount押款，所以好的绩效以及销售额少一点的卖家可能被收取的金额就会相对少一点。
