亚马逊旺季选品实操攻略,三分钟教你选出爆款
各大亚马逊卖家交流论坛里面流传着这样一句话:没有被封过几个店铺,就不要说你是做亚马逊的。不知道这句话老司机卖家和小白卖家各认同几分?
近年来,因违规操作引发的亚马逊封号大潮越发频繁。从一年一次到半年一次,再到两三个月一次,亚马逊对卖家的要求越发严苛。时常一个不小心的动作,都会导致收件封号。 卖家们直言: 亚马逊关店理由千千万,最喜欢的理由有哪些?小编整理了一份,卖家们记得收藏哦。 1.刷单 刷单是万年不变的话题。亚马逊对刷单一直是零容忍态度。跨境圈也流传着一句话“小刷刷怡情,大刷刷伤身”,卖家千万不要伤筋动骨呀! 在最初注册店铺时,就会提醒卖家侵权问题。但还是有卖家经不住诱惑,最终得不偿失。 源于亚马逊被苹果投诉,所以亚马逊对大品牌很敏感。 卖家选品是一定要避开知名品牌,普通产品反而更安全。产品描述里也不要带有三星、苹果等知名手机作示例。 3.合并LIsiting 大面积封号的不止ASIN,还有合并listing。被判违规操作,导致账号被封、资金被冻结。 虽然合并Listing是亚马逊圈内一种很常规的运营方式,借助老Listing的权重和Review去推新。但从亚马逊的角度来说,这是不合规行为。 卖家们一定不要小瞧了亚马逊的天罗地网,以为账号关联只要足够隐藏就不会被抓到。 但事实上每年亚马逊都会花上一大半的时间检测卖家是否有多个账号。一旦查到就会强制删除其中一个账号的所有listing,如果不删除两个账号都会被关闭。 新账号短时间内订单量不会太多,如果暴涨,亚马逊会默认为异常账号。 包括:销售额突增,发货问题,收款账户异常,操作不当等都会影响到账号的安全。这种情况下,唯一的途径就是申诉! 2019年因为VAT的封号事件层出不穷,每一次的站点封号都能倒下一大批卖家。而税务局给出的理由也是很呛人:“因为近两年卖家越来越多,所以查VAT”。 因此卖家们在做欧洲站点要格外注意,VAT提前注册好,暴风雨来临时就不用怕了。 亚马逊每年的违禁品行列都有在增加,卖家要时刻关注。今年因为违禁品被冤死的卖家也不少。尤其是儿童玩具、宠物食品、玩具枪等。 如何写好申诉信的要点 1. 问候-先讲你是谁,再说你情况 有礼貌的问候亚马逊客服,并指出是什么原因我们要给亚马逊写申诉信 Dear Amazon Seller Performance Team, Thank you for your concern of our account. We received a notification today that our selling privilege has been removed due to a concern of the authenticity of our products. We checked our listings as soon as we received this mail and we are very sorry about our ignorance.As a new seller on Amazon.com, we are not familiar with the rules and policies of the platform and on our way of learning these requirements. For the items that mentioned in the mail from Amazon seller performance team, we did not realize this product is with its own brand,to this point we acknowledge it is our fault.We had already removed the listing and promise we won’t sell it again on Amazon if we do not get the authorization.Also,we would like to compensate the customers that have purchased this product.We would fulfill their requirement as soon as they contact us. If you can give us a chance and reinstate our account,we will conduct below to avoid similar situation occur in the future: (1)Absolutely, we will see through all the policies and rules about selling on Amazon.com. (2)We will check the listings in our account to see if there has some which doo not meet your requirement,if it does, we will fix it immediately. 联系亚马逊付款的那个邮箱payments-investigate@amazon.com询问你的产品清单,告诉他需要移除库存,他会给你一个产品清单和移除库存的费用、如果你的账号余额不足的话会给你一个亚马逊的收款账号,你按要求把钱转过去,然后再回邮件告诉他,把地址给他,就给你移除了。

这个链接是亚马逊站内直接联系绩效团队的链接,在后台直接找是找不到这个服务的.联系绩效团队只能中国时间晚上9点半以后到早上10点这段期间.而且这个链接只有打电话的功能,必须是通过我们账号手机来接听.像平时我们强刷库存,客服给我们的回答大多是与入库ASIN不符合,违反亚马逊政策不给予操作。晚上我们打这个电话,比联系亚马逊FBA团队快很多,直接就能强刷库存。
