最近不少卖家遇到这样一个问题,卖的还不错的一款产品直接显示被限售,(有的在后台显示还在售,但前台却失踪),等查看无在售信息库存时,显示如图:
等等,库存被审核??? 因为疫情而限制发货情况下,库存突然被审核无疑是对卖家的雪上加霜。但问题已经来了,只能尽快解决。库存审核,这种一般是质量反馈抽查,一般会形成一个如下图的case(Investigation):

For this investigation, we have identified Defect or Quality issues based on the following customer comments:
Item arrived twice with the same defect. Customer states that it came with a hole under the silicone at the bottom.
Poor Condition/Quality.
During this investigation, this ASIN offer will not be eligible to send additional units into Amazon’s fulfillment centers.
意思是说有买家反馈产品库存有问题,于是FBA限制了卖家该产品的销售权限,需要审核通过之后才能恢复正常。也请自我反思一下近期该产品频繁出现的售后问题,如:频繁买家反应配件缺失,货不对板等等。确定好终极原因,在亚马逊生产的case(Investigation)尽快回复,回复内容可参考如下:
1. 承认错误,后期保证好质量;货不对板的保证第一时间移除;FNSKU若贴错需告诉亚马逊正确的FNSKU对应的ASIN。等等。
2. 请让团队尽快完成审核,并且尽快告知需要配合提交的资料。
3. 可诉苦打感情牌,承认错误后自己的懊悔和难过,保证不再犯,家里上有老下有小压力大。(个人想法,可酌情参考)
Case回复后,只能等待FBA审查结果。有经验的卖家表示,此等情况下,服务商也只能等待,没有人敢打包票立马解封库存,所以切不可病急乱投医。
产品如若没出现严重质量问题,审核时间一般是1-3天工作日时间,情况比较轻,一般邮件回复的同时库存也同时解封,如下图:
提醒卖家注意细节:

• Check any inventory not yet shipped to Amazon to ensure that your products are working as advertised, labeled correctly, and have sufficient packaging.
• Review your listing details to see if there is more information that you can provide to help customers make more informed buying decisions.
亚马逊只是暂时封库存几天警告了一下,并没有采取其它进一步的惩罚措施,但是作为卖家还是需要预防此类事情再次发生。
如产品质量问题比较严重,case回复后库存依然无法解封,则查看case邮件查看是否有申诉渠道,若有则按要求提供资料申诉,若没有申诉渠道,可能只能申请移除库存。如下图:
不管是轻度小冻结几天库存还是直接移除库存,这对产品和卖家都是不小的打击,而我们能做的是更好的质量把控。以下是卖家FBA发货前需注意的点:
1. 产品质检,特别是功能性相对复杂的产品,定要在发货前确保能正常使用,功能正常。比较考验手动能力的产品,说明书定要放在显眼位置。
2. 有配件产品,定要让工厂过称,以此尽量确保无配件缺失。
3. 包装检查,货品运往FBA仓库,不管是空运还是海运,都难免受到挤压,甚至泡水等情况。所以无论产品单个包装还是整箱包装,都要考虑是否受力防水等。
4. 贴标准确,特别是一次发很多不同产品的货,或者混装发货的时候一定要注意,对应产品的标签一定要贴准确。
